Put into action the life of the evangelist!
Acts 5:42 Day after day, in the temple courts and from house to house, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Messiah. (42).

Currently, there are many people in the field who are waiting hungrily to hear the Gospel. People whom God has prepared for salvation are waiting for the evangelists who will share the Gospel. Evangelism is enjoying the grace of God in thanksgiving on a regular basis and then speaking of this to the prepared individuals who are spiritually thirsty and dying. If we live as evangelists starting now, the doors of evangelism will continually open in the field place by place. Putting into action the life of the evangelist is more important than doing evangelism.
1. The life of the evangelist itself before answers
Although it is important to receive answers, prior to that, we must live the life of the evangelist. Paul was living the life of the evangelist to the point that for the sake of Rome evangelization, he did not hesitate to go to the prisons of Rome. Fanny Crosby was living the life of the evangelist to the point of being thankful despite her inability to see. When we enter into the life of the evangelist, we can discard all the incorrect motives that we have and develop the new motive of faith that God gives. While living this one life that has been granted us, we must fulfill what God greatly desires.
2. Centered on the life of the evangelist
Many people search and wander here and there to listen to good sermons. However, more than listening to good sermons, experiencing that the Word is realistically living and active is important. As we look forward towards the fulfillment of God’s Word, we must enter into the center of the life of the evangelist. If you pray grabbing hold of the portion of the Word you listened to and put it into action, even if it is a very small portion, the answers will begin. This is the life of the evangelist of holding on to the Word. Through the Gospel alone that leads us into the life of the evangelist, we can make all things possible.
3. My life that lives the life of the evangelist
More than the deeds of evangelism, living as an evangelist is important. When we grab hold of the prayer, Word and evangelism that God has given, we taste the important works of God. We call this personalization. Starting from this moment, we experience disciplization that saves other people and globalization that saves my surroundings and the age. This is the life of the evangelist that we must challenge towards.
- How am I grabbing hold of the Word and how am I praying? Evaluate and put into action the life of the evangelist.
