What we must do
Philippians 1:3~11 And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ.to the glory and praise of God. God’s children who have received salvation must connect all things with prayer and do all things through the power of prayer. Then, we can do our best in all things. This is the specialty that we must possess. We can entrust to God what happens next. It is because God always gives us answers. There are many times, however, that we are unaware of the answers. If so, then what are the things we must do in order to enjoy answers from God?
1. We must relay faith
Even as a slave, Joseph relayed faith to others in his field. Moses relayed faith to Joshua, Caleb, and the Israelites. Samuel explained what the Ark of the Covenant meant and relayed faith to David. Paul relayed the covenant, ‘Be strong in the grace of Christ Jesus,’ to Timothy. We must relay faith to live to those who are wandering amidst difficulties in the field. Undertaking world evangelization is not something difficult or far-fetched. We just need to relay our faith first to those who are closest to us.
2. We must relay the works of God
We know that we must pray, but if our mind and soul are in a desolate state, then we will see that we cannot pray. If so, then we must revive the state of our mind and soul so that we can pray. We will gain power if we deeply meditate on God, listen to messages, and challenge our lives with prayer even for a short period of time. Only when prayer is restored can we enjoy today’s answer and discover God’s works. We must first enjoy this blessing and relay the works of God to those around us who are going through hard times and are feeling discouraged.
3. We must relay the answer to individuals
If prayer takes place for us, then we will be able to pray for others. And we will be able to see the problems of the world and share the solution to those who are facing problems. We must share this answer with others and enjoy the answer of meetings, small groups, and regional church. The moment we realize this covenant, God will work, and the moment we put this into practice, God’s works will begin. We must open our eyes to this, gain the power of prayer, and relay this answer.
- Before anything else, set aside some time of deep meditation toward God in your daily schedule. If you begin to pray, you can gain power. And by all means, share with those you meet your faith, God’s works, and the answer for your life that you have experienced.
