Things to give the Lord
Exodus 35:4~9 Moses said to the whole Israelite community, “This is what the Lord has commanded: From what you have, take an offering for the Lord. Everyone who is willing is to bring to the Lord an offering of gold, silver and bronze.” (4~5)

God carries out significant historic works through those who know the power of salvation. In your life, you need this mystery to be grateful for God’s grace. The passage states, to the people who know this blessing, to take an offering to the Lord from what you have, and even to offer up gold, silver and bronze, for the completion of the tabernacle. What is the reason behind all this?
1. Because there is a need to see God’s evidence realistically in your life
God commanded this to the Israelites in their most difficult time. Even before reaching Canaan, God’s command to give up their possessions as an offering seems to be an incomprehensible demand. Upon being liberated from Babylon captivity, amidst tremendous chaos, God told the Israelites to build a temple. When the Early Church was between a rock and a hard place, God commanded them to do world evangelization. You must not live for materialistic goods, but you cannot live without them either. However, money is not an issue for God. God’s goal is to show us His evidence in our lives. When you hold on to this evidence with faith, you can experience God’s power.
2. Because you must enjoy the classiest Christian walk and share this blessing with the next generation
You must be able to give up your most valued possession to God. When observing a person’s expenditures, that person’s state is obvious. Doing everything you want but taking devotion to God lightly is a huge mistake because the Lord of our lives is God. Also, this outlook on materialistic goods has a big impact on your children’s success. You must teach your children about the three feasts before they enter society. Before sending them off, you must train them to enjoy the covenantal blessings every day. Teach them to live centered on the tabernacle. You must relay the blessed mystery of building the tabernacle, raising the RUTC* for the descendants, giving their hearts for missions and offering tithe. Conquering the world with those who know this mystery is God’s plan. Uncovering and enjoying the blessing of salvation that God has given you and discovering the life God desires is crucial.
- How is my offering life? You must stand before God, not people. You must pray to possess the Gospel-based outlook on materialistic goods and offering, and the outlook on worship centered on the tabernacle. Revive your today to hone the nature of blessings as you examine your lifestyle as an evangelist.
