We must make a plan to share the Gospel to all those around us. Concern yourself with things such as what you must do and what tracts and conversations might be needed. You will discover many things regarding your current status and position. As you rise to the challenge in evangelism, when you see your weaknesses and lacking, just entrust them to God. And it is crucial to seek even the most trivial things you can do in your present circumstance. If you evangelize just a little, like so, you will uncover answers. How must you begin today’s evangelism?
1. You must enjoy today’s evangelism
Today’s evangelism is starting with prayer and enjoying. As you organize your daily schedule and think about the people you will meet and the events taking place, pray for evangelism. And because this evangelism is not done with your strength, pray for the filling of the Holy Spirit as recorded in Acts 1:8. When you are filled with the Holy Spirit, you will gain the power of prayer and you will never lose that power in any situation. Then you will accurately realize God’s Word given to you. Henceforth you will see the path by which you can evangelize with the Word.
2. You must experience the evangelism movement through the Word
When you enjoy the filling of the Holy Spirit and the power of prayer, the pulpit message will be revived. If you understand the pastor’s sermon, the field will be visible and you will even gain the strength to overcome the problems of the field. You will see God’s power in the field and region, and you will understand the guidance of the Holy Spirit. From this time on if you receive the Holy Spirit’s guidance and lead others, you will experience the realistic power of the Word in your life. If you relay the Word and the Gospel within you to those around you through tracts or documents, in prayer, you will see answers of Word fulfillment.
3. You gain strength through the Word
Gaining strength through the Word is vital. David, amidst running away, received power as he confessed God to be his strength and refuge. Even if a crisis befalls you, if you hold fast to the Word, you will receive the strength enough to change the problems of the age. Moreover, the grace of realizing Christ will be confirmed in the Word. Ultimately, you will confirm that God’s Word is living and active, judging the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. You will realize and experience the fact that all answers, finances, healing and revival are in the Word.
- Do you have a time of gaining strength through the Word? Make a quiet time of reading the Bible today. And after you gain strength through the Word first, pray for the Word movement to save your neighbors.
