An evangelist’s life
Romans 16:22 “I, Tertius, who wrote down this letter, greet you in the Lord.” ♬ Hymn for scheduled worship: Korean/English Hymnal #570 While the Lord is My Shepherd (#453 in previous version)
There are limitations to people’s success. That is why you must have the eyes to see the reality when you come up against people and situations. There is no need to be afraid, find it humorous, or be jealous. If you know the reality correctly, when you begin something, amazing doors of answers will open. When you start anew, there is something you should think about.
1. The disciples of the Early Church conquered the world.
The disciples of the Early Church, through Jesus Christ, the kingdom of God, and God’s strength, conquered the world. Although people of the world may have everything, they do not know Christ. They struggle but hide the fact that they are struggling. One day when the time schedule comes for you to evangelize about Christ, you must explain what is most important - the evangelism movement. At that point, God’s kingdom will come upon you. God raised us as witnesses by giving us strength to win over people so that we may save the world. This is what the Early Church had. If you think and pray about this every day, answers that you never imagined will come to you.
2. You must discover what is yours.
Holding on to this blessing, you must find out what you possess. Often, problems seem to find you, and problems may already be nearby. It is at this time that you must open your spiritual eyes and see the spiritual reality. You will understand the reason we need the Gospel. You will understand the reason why we need to evangelize. From that point on, you will begin to seek out your personal message and your personal prayer. Also, you will find today’s Word, evangelism and prayer. Then, you will see the Word for the future, prayer, evangelism. When this happens, you will have boundless strength.
3. You must live the life of an evangelist.
Tertius, as Paul’s disciple, wrote a letter to Rome for Paul. He captured Paul’s expertise and put his personal thoughts in writing. Like him, we must find a way to wisely hold on to our specialty. This means helping save others while properly doing your job. When you go to work, you must make a good impression on other people. This is how we can enjoy being an evangelist.
- There are people in the field who are lost in darkness and facing difficulties. You are someone who can save those people. Think about what limitations you must overcome to be an evangelist who saves lives.
