Spirituality training is an experience that allows spiritual communication with God to happen in your life. No matter the situation, as a saved child of God, if you can concentrate on prayer and match your focus with the working of the Holy Spirit, you will come to stand on the summit that saves yourself and your family, church, and world. So, how should a child of God start the spirituality training to be able to focus on God and concentrate on prayer?

1. Focus

We begin differently depending on where we, who have the Gospel, take an interest and focus our efforts. If we begin by holding on to God’s Word and meditating, we discover things that apply to us. When this lays down roots in our lives, we hold on to the Word and prayer begins. When we begin enjoying the Gospel through meditation on the Word and concentrate in prayer, the delusions that deceive us depart from us in that deeper prayer. You will overcome the loneliness of being alone and discover a happy, prayerful time alone before God.

2. Healing

When you focus on God, you come to hear the voice of God talking to you through the Word. At that time, you come to have a time of enjoying God through worship. As you are empowered by the Word, you see the reality of Satan that has a hold on the world. You come to experience the spiritual authority of the heavenly throne and the answer of the heavenly army of angels, which come to aid the children of God. From this point prayer will become the standard of your life and your scheduled prayer to God begins; you no longer pray because you fear problems but rather pray anticipating the hidden blessing behind that problem. This is the healing answer and the blessing of spirituality training that a child of God receives.

3. Application

You can start the application of your spirituality training in an easy way. If you are in school, you can begin in a way that is appropriate to your situation; a working professional can apply it to a work atmosphere. Just as David’s application of prayer was different from when he was a shepherd, to fighting Goliath, to becoming king, it’s important to apply your prayer to match you and find what’s right for you. When you go before God in deep prayer that matches your environment, your self, and your occupation, you receive the answer of having victory without even going to battle, like David.
