Path to the summit
Acts 1:1~2 In my former book, The ophilus, I wrote about all that Jesus began to do and to teach until the day he was taken up to heaven, after giving instructions through the Holy Spirit to the apostles he had chosen.

The Book of Acts is a letter that Luke the physician who was in the seat of the summit wrote to The ophilus, who was the summit in politics. The term summit entails climbing to the top of the greatest answers. The promise of the summit is a word of the covenant that will absolutely be fulfilled in us who have the Gospel. Members of the Early Church and people of faith in the Bible enjoyed the answer of the summit. The path that we are taking is the way to the summit. Then, how can we begin?
1. Incident of Calvary
The former book that today’s Scripture reading is speaking about refers to the Gospel of Luke. In the Gospel of Luke, Luke the physician explains to The ophilus about Jesus coming as the Christ and the works that He did as the Christ. Because men are separated from God and are bound by the authority of sin, curses, Satan and hell, God sent Christ whom He had promised and resolved all the problems of man. If we return to our true conscience, we will realize that we absolutely need Christ and have no choice but to share the Gospel. Knowing Christ accurately is the start of the path to the summit of saving the world.
2. Answers on the Mount of Olives
The resurrected Jesus Christ gathered His disciples on the Mount of Olives, spoke about the mystery of the kingdom of God and promised that He would be with them to the very end of the age through the Holy Spirit. When we have assurance that Christ is with us, the kingdom of God will come upon us and we will receive the filling of the Holy Spirit and become witnesses to the ends of the earth. Believers of the Early Church brought with them the perfect answer from the Mount of Olives and experienced the filling of the Holy Spirit at work and the doors of evangelism opening as they gathered and prayed together at Mark’s house. This experience becomes an important path to the summit.
3. Path to the commission of saving the world
God gave the power to save the world to the Early Church who received the answer from Mount Calvary and the Mount of Olives. The Early Church was able to stand as the summit of the answers of saving Asia, Macedonia and even Rome as they rose above great persecution and oppression. If we start the journey toward the spiritual summit as we know Christ correctly, enjoy the kingdom of God and gain the power that God gives to us through the filling of the Holy Spirit, then God will lead us to the seat of the summit of saving the world.
