Evangelism and missions reformation

Many people separate the spiritual things from the physical things. However, the soul and the body are connected. When we first gain spiritual strength, mental strength and physical strength are restored. When we realize the reason for evangelism and missions and focus on the Gospel, we receive the blessing of finances that God has prepared, gain the strength to overcome the disasters of the world, and enjoy answers like the Early Church that opened the door of world evangelization. How can we restore our spiritual state through evangelism and missions?

1. The disciples who had staked their lives on the Gospel gathered together

When the evangelists who had embraced the Gospel in their hearts gathered together, the Early Church was founded. They held onto the words of Jesus on the Mount of Olives and devoted themselves solely to prayer. (Acts 1:14) These individuals had the covenant of world evangelization that could not be blocked. They were individuals who had the conclusion of the mystery of ‘only Christ’, not the things of the world. Ultimately, despite great persecution and hardships, the door to world evangelization was opened through the Early Church.  

2. The businesspeople of 15 nations gathered

When the disciples of the Early Church gathered in prayer, God opened a great door for evangelism and missions. The important workers and businesspeople of 15 nations gathered at Mark’s upper room and this meeting that signaled the start of the evangelism movement began. The works of the filling of the Holy Spirit came upon them and the doors of evangelism in 15 nations were opened and Christ was proclaimed to all nations. All they did was gather to pray with their commission to do evangelism and missions, and God opened the door to world evangelization. 

3. They experienced the reformation of evangelism and missions  

When the door of evangelism and missions opened, God added great blessings unto them. In each region, 3,000 disciples who had received the Gospel were raised and many people followed the Word of God according to the apostles’ teachings. Moreover, they experienced the strength of prayer when they gathered to pray together and received blessings in their businesses and finances. Every day, the Word of God was fulfilled and those who were being saved were added to their number each day. Through the disciples and businesspeople with the Gospel, God raised up the reformation of evangelism and missions. 

-The place that I am in is the missions field and the people I must help are the evangelists. Make a specific plan regarding how you will experience the reformation of evangelism and missions.
