Prayer that transcends our limitations
Acts 1:8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.

All human beings have limitations. At times we encounter problems that we are unable to resolve on our own. However, children of God just need to hold onto one mystery. Jesus promised that we will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on us and that we will be His witnesses to the ends of the earth. When we pray holding onto this covenant, we will receive answers regardless of our limitations. Then how can we transcend our limitations with prayer?
1. We need to enjoy answers 24 hours a day
Separated from God, mankind is surely bound to face disasters. However, because disasters and the power of hell crumble before Jesus Christ, miracles will begin if we hold onto and enjoy Christ. Through scheduled prayer, our spiritual state changes to become Gospel-oriented, and through 24-hour prayer we challenge our limitations as we enjoy the Gospel in our lives. From then on, our limitations turn into our prayer topics as well as the content of answers.
2. We need to form a team that prays 24 hours a day
Jacob and Joseph connected in the Gospel. Jacob kept Joseph’s words in mind and was aware of God’s covenant given to Joseph. Even if there are two people who connect in prayer, miracles will take place. If there is a team that communicates through prayer as they hold onto the pastor’s sermon messages, works will take place. Just as Moses, Joshua and Caleb came together and saved one nation and just as Samuel and David came together and broke the power of the Philistines, God will perform miracles when people who experience 24-hour prayer come together.
3. We need to evangelize 24 hours a day
If we hold onto the answers and pray 24 hours a day, it will naturally lead to evangelism. The Word of God will be spread everywhere through the evidence that God gives to us; future generations who embrace the Gospel in their hearts will be raised; and the works of binding the forces of darkness will be displayed. Just as the people of Romans 16 experienced the evangelism of saving the world, we, too, will enjoy the blessing of 24-hour evangelism of saving the age and the future.
