Psalm 81:1~16 I am the Lord your God, who brought you up out of Egypt. Open wide your mouth and I will fill it. “But my people would not listen to me; Israel would not submit to me.” (10~11)

David did not hate or resent Saul who tried to kill him. He only praised and gave thanks with joy to God. It is because he knew the mystery of true victory. If you meditate on the Word deeply in the morning and think about the Word throughout the day like David, you will see the work of the Word being fulfilled in your life. If the Word is imprinted in your soul, your past scars and pain will turn into blessings. When you love the Word and enjoy meditating on it, what answers will you receive?
1. Your fundamentals will change
Meditating on the Word deeply is the act of imprinting God’s covenant in your heart. The scars in your heart, incorrect nature and fixations will be completely healed while you meditate on the Word. Begin each day with the Word, think about the Word all day long, and organize your day with the Word before you go to sleep. You will receive the answer of changing the fundamentals that are imprinted in your heart. The Word of God is living and has the power to transform your life.
2. Great prayer will begin
God said, “Open wide your mouth and I will fill it.”Psalm 81:10 A person who has experienced the power of the Word will come to know the power of prayer. The works of the Holy Spirit that took place in the Bible will become your answers through prayer. From then on, you will begin a historic challenge to save the world filled with the forces of darkness with the Gospel. To a person who has experienced the power of God, prayer is the way to receive answers and the way to true victory.
3. You will enjoy the work of binding the enemy
The Israelites lived in slavery in Egypt and when they were entering the land of Canaan, they faced those who hindered and opposed them. However, God opened the door of the Exodus for the weak Israelites and led them to enter the land of Canaan. Even when an Assyrian army of 185,000 soldiers invaded, God who heard the prayer of King Hezekiah defeated them at once. You cannot have victory by your own strength or ability. God will lead us to victory in spiritual battle with the authority and power of heaven.
