Blessing of ‘only’

Acts 2:1~4 When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. (1)

When met with unexpected events, many people are taken aback or complain. However, if we
have the power to resolve even the most unexpected incidents, they will not pose as problems. The problems looming large before our eyes may frighten us. However, Jesus Christ who dwells in us has power. All we need to do is to entrust our lives solely to Jesus Christ. If we realize that the Gospel alone is the solution to all problems, we will receive the blessings that no one can take away from us. What are these blessings?

1. Blessing of the throne

The blessing of the throne is the spiritual power unexplainable with the knowledge of the
world, which the power of the world cannot overcome. The work of angels and the Holy
Spirit are all blessings of the throne. When children of God pray, the blessing of the throne naturally comes upon us. If we pray concentrating solely on the Gospel, we will experience the power of God that the world cannot explain and discover God’s plan within problems.

2. Blessing of the king, priest and prophet

God is always with His children who confess Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior by the
Holy Spirit. Wherever children of God go, the forces of darkness are bound, disasters are
broken down and the blessing of the throne comes upon everyone they meet. Moreover,
the power of God comes upon them, the doors of evangelism open through their work and
the messages that they heard on the Lord''s day are fulfilled in their everyday life. It is at this time that God will add unto them the blessing of finances and answers to change this age.

3. Blessing of the light

God desires to shine the light through us in this dark world that does not know the Gospel. When Peter was passing by the temple gate called Beautiful, the light of life shone upon the crippled man. Likewise, wherever we go, we must testify of Jesus being the Christ and reveal the light of the Gospel. Through one person who understood the Gospel, the Gospel was testified in Samaria, Ethiopia, Rome and the whole world. If we realize that we have nothing but the Gospel, we will confirm the blessing of lives being saved wherever we go.
