The power of prayer and evangelism

We encounter good and bad things in various incidents and meetings with people. Most of us feel joy in good things and experience pain in unfortunate events. We as children of God, however, must possess the mystery of the filling of the Holy Spirit to uncover God’s will and plan in all circumstances. The filling of the Holy Spirit is about shining the light as prayer and evangelism join together in our lives. At this time, we receive blessings of being God’s witnesses. How can we focus on the filling of the Holy Spirit?

1. Five types of the filling of the Holy Spirit
God promised us the filling of the Holy Spirit.Acts 1:8 Whatever we do, we must be filled with the Holy Spirit first. Without this mystery, everything can pose as a problem. When giving worship at church, if we put down other motives and seek the filling of the Holy Spirit, we will gain wisdom even through problems we face in our lives. When we seek the filling of the Holy Spirit daily in our field, God gives it to us and it will appear as answers. Also, offerings must be made within the answer of the filling of the Holy Spirit.

2. Five doors
Five doors of evangelism will open when the filling of the Holy Spirit is focused on individuals, church, field, occupation and offerings. Even if we do not make an effort to evangelize, God will bring thirsty people into our life and allow us to meet the abandoned people and the wavering people who have given up on their lives as well as those who are in urgent need of the Gospel in the world filled with darkness. Then, we will experience the works of healingActs 2:1 when we come to the conclusion of life with Jesus Christ alone and communicate in the Gospel.

3. Power of ‘only’
Jesus taught the Early Church members ‘only’ Holy SpiritActs 1:8 and ‘only’ prayer.Acts 1:14 Our physical, mental and spiritual problems can be solved most effectively through the filling of the Holy Spirit and prayer. If we enjoy the power of ‘only,’ we will discover answers and prayer topics within God’s Word. If we focus on the power of ‘only’, we will see the doors of evangelism opening up in our studies, business, and church. Since these blessings are already given to us, the prayer answers naturally follow.
