We are constantly exposed to germs that we cannot see. But when we take preventative measures regularly, the possibility of succumbing to germs is significantly lowered. It is the same with our Christian walk. To circumvent Satan and his strategies which threaten to overwhelm us with unbelief through our very natures, we need to be in communication with God through 24-hour prayer. 24-hour prayer is not meant to be burdensome; rather, it is the true happiness that children of God must enjoy. What happens when we restore 24-hour prayer?

1. Our prayer topics will be communicated
When 24-hour prayer takes place, we will be able to communicate our prayer topics with anyone. Even people who do not have the Gospel anticipate a hopeful future as they hold onto small dreams and wishes. But when we have 24-hour prayer and communication with God, not only will we be given prayer topics befitting a person of the Gospel, we will be able to give answers to others who lack it.

2. We can receive answers to evangelism
Evangelism comes not from our own strength, but from the guidance of the Holy Spirit. In order to evangelize, we cannot rely on our humanism. Instead, we need to receive constant answers through God’s Word and prayer. Additionally, we need to pinpoint the most urgent aspects of the person listening to the Gospel, and provide them with accurate answers. When we are inside 24-hour prayer, we will be able to relay the Gospel no matter who we meet, and focus on saving others.

3. We can receive answers in the Word
Once we are able to communicate our prayer topics, and receive answers of evangelism, we can give others answers through the Word. If we do not have prayer topics and evangelism in our lives, the Word of God will result as merely graceful words. Though our interests and values may differ, the Gospel has the power to unite all people. When we read the Word every day, we can receive answers within it. It is at this time we will discover the Word we must hold onto our entire lives. Blessings of healing follow those who enjoy the blessing of 24-hour prayer.
