Know the spiritual world correctly!
 
Matthew 13:1~58 And He did not do many miracles there because of their lack of faith(58) ♬ Hymn for scheduled worship: Korean/English Hymnal #488 My Hope is Built on Nothing Less (#539 in previous version) God only created man as a spiritual being that took after the image of God. Having a spirit, man feels happy only when he is with God, but deceived by the forces of darkness, he fell into sin and was separated from God. If we lack spiritual knowledge and power, even children of God fall, unable to overcome Satan who has broken into the culture. What kind of truth must we know in order to win a victory against the forces of darkness?

1. Two kinds of spiritual worlds
 Why is it that we mankind continue to face hardships and that God lays great emphasis on faith? In this world, there are two kinds of spiritual worlds: the kingdom of God and the dominion of Satan, over which the forces of darkness reign. The spiritual world has great influence on the world we live in. Only when we correctly know the spiritual world can we understand the reason why we must do evangelism and missions. Jesus taught, “Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness”Matthew 6:33 because with the power of man alone, we are unable to overcome the world that the king of the world is ruling over. Therefore, Jesus tells us to receive the filling of the Holy Spirit.
 
2. Two kinds of spiritual states
 When we go out into the world, we won’t find many places where people understand us, respect our skills and are considerate of our circumstances. Throughout the world, many people are wandering and facing hardships without being able to overcome conflicts with people or work. If we are unable to overcome hardships, we will continue to live a life of failure without any spiritual power just like the Israelites. Without the spiritual wisdom to overcome the world, the Israelites faced great calamities six times. The more difficult our lives become, the more we must seek the spiritual wisdom that God grants to us.

3. Understanding the Remnant° movement that will save future generations and the power of prayer
 The forces of darkness deceive us into thinking that there is something good other than Jesus Christ and mislead the heart of man. Without hope, many churches and organizations are doing their ministries with service and devotion without Christ. Having understood the crises of the field, Paul went into synagogues and put all his energy into the movement of saving the future generations. In order to save the future generations, we must teach them the correct mindset to pray during their happiest time. When we focus on praying, we will receive the answer of transforming this age.
 
Forum Topic Let us deeply meditate on the spiritual world that the Bible speaks about though it is unseen to our eyes. And let us challenge ourselves during the time of deep prayer to acquire the spiritual power from God, which we need in order to render the dominion of darkness powerless.
