Deep prayer
Acts 1:3 After his suffering, he showed himself to these men and gave many convincing proofs that he was alive. They pray for their wishes to come true and to escape their current difficulties. God is still active and working. When we concentrate on God and pray, God gives us the strength to transcend the world. If we gain this strength, we can be thankful even if our wishes do not come true or even if we are in difficulties. What is the prayer God desires?
1. Prayer of realizing God’s plan
We have received the most precious salvation as a gift from God. Just as we were saved without a cost by grace, only God can heal the scars and nature that are left in us. God has a plan for everyone. That is why we need to find His plan. God who has given us the Gospel wants us to enjoy the Gospel every day. He wants us to discover the great and amazing mystery inside of Jesus Christ. He wants us to enjoy God’s kingdom in our respective fields. Because He knows that we are weak, He wants to give us the filling of the Holy Spirit. He wants to save people and change the age through us. We just need to hold onto this plan of God and concentrate on Him.
2. Prayer of Mark’s upper room
If you look in Acts 1:14, those who gathered joined together constantly in prayer, along with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brothers. If you have realized God’s plan and desire, simply concentrate only on prayer. Instead of falling into worries, take those worries to God and pray. Meditate upon the Word quietly before God and taste His grace. Then, your worries will become prayer topics, and scars will become the foundation for answers. When you cast down everything and concentrate on God, He will give you the filling of the Holy Spirit, your life and the Gospel will connect, and the Gospel you enjoy and your field will connect. This is the prayer that happened in Mark’s upper room.
3. Continuous prayer
If you take time to focus on God every day and gain strength to live, the time of prayer will be the happiest time for you. Because you know God’s plan, you will not be discouraged or dismayed. Even though we are powerless and weak, because He has promised to give us the filling of the Holy Spirit we can sufficiently overcome the world and our circumstances. If you do not become discouraged and continue to pray, you will see answers you could not achieve with your efforts and evidence that you could not even imagine
