The mystery of having oneness with God
Acts 2:1~21 When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly, a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that MONDAY separated and came to rest on each of them. The world consistently searches for easier, and faster ways, and even people are changing to mirror these values. Without us even being aware of it, the knowledge and information of the world becomes instilled in us, and proves to be a hindrance to us focusing on the Gospel. In order for the individual to receive healing and save the church and field, we must not seek for easy and fast answers; instead, we must know about the mystery of restoration of having oneness with God. What is the method for those who know the Gospel to have the restoration of the blessing of oneness?
1. Restoration of what we have lostExodus 3:1~18
The people of the world who have not received salvation cannot have oneness with God or the children of God. In order to save the world, we must restore the blessings that we have lost. The Israelites achieved oneness through the covenant of the Passover, and therefore, were set free from Egypt. They even saw the miracle that God performed at the Red Sea. The Israelites who were faced with the threat of death had oneness inside of prayer centered on Queen Esther. When those who know the covenant pray together, the blessing of the heavens, the land, the seas, and the nations shaking will be restored.
2. The restoration of today and the futureActs 2:1~4
Some people are enslaved by money, and others are in a frenzy trying to achieve fame and power. There are even some believers who live just like unbelievers, yearning to succeed in order to live problem- free lives. There are many believers who have yet to receive God’s blessings and cannot give offering because they don’t have the finances. In addition, Christians who have fallen into worldly culture live worse off than unbelievers. In order to restore the today and the future that we have lost, our incorrect thoughts and our lives must be healed. Enjoying the the filling of the Holy Spirit is the only way to bring healing and restoration.
3. The restoration of the answers that the Early Church receivedActs 1:14
The Early Church confirmed the resurrection of Jesus and came down from the Mount of Olives and gathered at Mark’s upper room. When all the believers gathered in one place with one heart to pray together, the works like the wind came upon all those gathered. The believers who have the covenant gathering at the church to share in the Word and prayer is the important start to restoring the blessings of God. If we neglect this blessing or lose hold of it, we cannot restore the answers of the Early Church.
