However, as you live in this world there are times when you feel strangely distant from the Lord and the messages lose their awe. You might be in doubt thinking that you are unable to receive any answers continuing to live like this. You have become a child of God, yet why aren’t problems being resolved? In order to restore faith and receive answers, what kind of truth must you seek?
1. Discard the illusions
What are the illusions we are being deceived by? In the Bible, superpower nations were responsible for causing wars and dismantling the world. Numerous individuals like and grow jealous of these superpower nations. Yet, this is nothing but a mere illusion. These superpower nations that seem eternal lose all hope one day. The Israelites were God’s chosen people, but their hopes were diminished when they held on to illusions. Illusions prevent us from perceiving the truth, allowing Satan to deceive our hearts and minds. If you fall into this problem, failure is inevitable. No one can hold onto illusions and receive genuine answers.
2. Hold onto the facts
You must examine your surroundings to see where the fruits are hidden. Although it is important to work rigorously, you must have time to solely stand before the Lord. God sent Jesus Christ to not only provide eternal life but to resolve all hidden problems as well. Not just the Jesus Christ from historical records, but if you stand before Christ who is living and active even now, you are able to see what you need and what you must do within God’s plan.
3. Hold onto the spiritual evidence
When the problems before them are not resolved, people tend to rely on their own strength and efforts. Do not dwell upon these uncompromising conflicts, but seek Jesus Christ. Meditate upon the pulpit message you received on Sunday and pray to God for spiritual evidence. God will provide rest for your heart and knowledge to discern what is right.
