2. A person who saves an entire region Colosse was an important region of Rome. Philemon held an important position in this city, and he became a supporter of the evangelist Paul. Because of Philemon who had the correct Gospel, one region was saved. Philemon knew what pleases God and prayed for it. We must get rid of our fear and begin the prayer to save the region.
3. A person who saves those who are neglected in the world
Philemon had a slave named Onesimus, and this slave went to prison because he was caught while running away after stealing a master’s belonging. Onesimus met the evangelist Paul in prison and heard the Gospel, and Paul sent letters to Philemon and shared the Gospel sincerely. After Paul made Onesimus his disciple, he received the blessing of going to the church of Colosse as the overseer even though he was a slave. Even the neglected in the world or those who mock God can change when they receive God’s blessings.
