How much do you believe and enjoy the Gospel and the kingdom of God? Although Jesus who resurrected spoke of the kingdom of God for 40 days, we do not believe or enjoy God’s kingdom but only vaguely know about it. If we seek God’s kingdom from now on through only prayer, Word, and evangelism, our nature will be changed into the nature of world evangelization. If you enjoy the worldly things, worldly things will be your color. If you continually enjoy the Gospel, the color of the Gospel will be revealed through you. What is the color of the Gospel that I must find?
1. Color of our Christian life1 Thessalonians 1:3
A person who has realized the Gospel that Jesus is the Christ and has enjoyed and tasted the blessing of Christ in his life has a different color in his Christian life. The church of Thessalonica became a model to all regions after experiencing the mystery of the Gospel and the kingdom of God. If your faith accumulates, the works of faith are revealed. A person who has received God’s true love can devote wholeheartedly. If you have true hope, you do not bear and endure but can wait with joy. Faith, hope, and love were the color of the Christian life of the church of the Thessalonians.
2. Color of faith1 Thessalonians 1:5
If you are a person who enjoys the mystery of God’s kingdom, you will undoubtedly have a different color of faith as well. If you hold on to the Holy Spirit and the Word when you worship and not simply worship out of duty, you will experience great power. That power is the power of the Holy Spirit. When children of God truly worship, God sends the armies of angels to all places to help us, the forces of darkness fall powerless, and God’s kingdom is established. The one who has seen this mystery with faith can worship with great assurance.
3. Color of life1 Thessalonians 5:12~22
A person who has seen the mystery of God’s kingdom is a person who has received grace from God. A person like this thinks of lay leaders and pastors who devote and work for believers as those whom God has anointed with the price of His blood even though he or she sees lacking in them. Also, that person knows how precious one person who has been saved is. A person who enjoys the mystery of God’s kingdom must enjoy the life of the evangelist and must be joyful always, pray continually, and be thankful in all circumstances.
Deeply meditate on God’s kingdom that has come upon you, God’s kingdom that you must start to enjoy, and God’s kingdom that will come upon your church and fields. Deeply enjoy the Gospel in your life today and pray for God’s kingdom to come.
