Evangelism disciple
Acts 2:9~11 Parthians, Medes and Elamites; residents of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya nea Cyrene; visitors from Rome (both Jews and converts to Judaism); Cretans and Arabs--we hear them declaring the wonders of God in our own tongues! Hymn for scheduled worship: Korean/English Hymnal #20 Begin, My Tongue, Some Heavenly Theme (#41 in previous version) In every age, there is an evangelism disciple who saves the field filled with the forces of darkness with the Gospel. Because these disciples knew what God desired, who Jesus Christ was, and that He is the solution to all problems, they staked their lives in spreading the Gospel and enjoyed the kingdom of God. Through evangelism disciples who looked weak and insignificant in the eyes of the world, God''s time schedule was fulfilled. Then, as evangelism disciples, how should we apply God’s answers in our lives?
1. We must enjoy the answer of Jesus Christ in our lives
Evangelism is not something you need to challenge yourself to do with a special determination. It is giving answers to people who are connected to you in your daily life. When a child of God possesses the answer that Jesus is the Christ and realistically enjoys this answer in his daily life, this itself is evangelism. Our workplace and all fields to which we go are places that God has a plan for. If you realize this fact, you will see your life through the perspective of evangelism and enjoy the answer of Jesus Christ in your life.
2. A person who has experienced evangelism receives new answers
If you evangelize naturally through your life rather than out of obligation, you will experience the joy and fun of evangelism. Also, you will be raised as a witness of the Gospel through Jesus Christ who is the answer to your life, and other people will see this evidence and come to listen to the Gospel. If you experience this kind of evangelism, the Word will be continuously spread and you will receive the answer of continuous fulfillment of God''s Word. When an evangelism disciple who has the answer of Jesus Christ becomes a witness of the Gospel and is raised in the field, the evangelism movement begins.
3. You will receive the answer of God''s kingdom coming upon the field
If you are first raised as a witness of Jesus Christ in the field, then you will naturally come to meet another evangelism disciple who has the answer of Jesus Christ. Furthermore, if you meditate on the Word and concentrate in prayer together with these kinds of people, God''s kingdom will be established upon the field and forces of darkness will be broken down. This is the answer of the evangelism system that you will receive in your field. If you experience this answer, you will become the main figure of the evangelism movement by God''s grace.
