When the Word comes upon you
Exodus 3:1~22 “So Moses thought, ‘I will go over and see this strange sight—why the bush does not burn up.’ When the Lord saw that he had gone over to look, God called to him from within the bush, ‘Moses! Moses!’ And Moses said, ‘Here I am.’” (3~4)

When you look at your circumstances, are you happy? Although you are certainly a child of God, it is possible to get discouraged easily when you are busy, face economic challenges, and have problems in your personal relationships. Even though you work hard, you must examine whether God’s Word is planted deeply in your heart and whether you are listening to it. If God’s Word does not enter your heart as a message, there is no choice but to encounter failure in your identity as a child of God.
1. My spiritual state
If my life is full of unbelief and scars, my spiritual state may become shaky and I will not be able to see or grab hold of answers. If my spiritual state is crumbling and devastated, no matter how hard I try, I will not find answers. All it takes is allowing the message of the Gospel to enter your heart. As you look to God, be sincere about your spiritual and personal problems. If you can testify that only Christ is the answer to your problems, this is the prayer that will begin to change your spiritual state.
2. My message
If I start praying while holding on to my identity and power, God’s message will become my message. Someday I will hear the message that I hear everyday with a new realization in the Gospel. If you truly realize the message, your behavior will change and you cannot help but live life with a purpose. From this point on, the angel of the Lord who moves according to the Word will heal your weak spiritual state.
3. The living message
Although the Word which is deeply embedded in my life can change me personally, it also saves those around me. If the message becomes my message, I will be able to see people who need this message and have no choice but to naturally convey the message. Then, the people around me will live and the culture of idolatry will be restored by the Gospel. Moreover, I will be blessed with the realization of God’s plan to save this world.
