Good worker
Acts 1:8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.

Many people say that there are no good workers in the church. What is a good worker? Workers who devote to the church and have the heart for evangelism are not determined from the beginning. When believers pray for and help each other, workers who deeply enjoy the Gospel and devote themselves are raised. What should we prepare in order to raise good workers?
1. Personalization
Personalization is meditating on the Word deeply and enjoying the Gospel completely as mine. We give worship at church every week, but there are many believers who do not enjoy the Word as their own. God is surely alive and He absolutely gives us the message that we need through the pulpit message. It is most important for us to meditate daily on the Word that He has given to us and gain new strength from God. We must help these believers to meditate on the Word throughout the week and receive new strength. When you deeply meditate on the Word and enjoy it as your own, you will receive spiritual strength and will be healed of your spiritual problems. The Gospel must be personalized in order for you to have the heart to devote yourself for the evangelism movement.
2. Prayer team
Prayer team is a group formed by people who enjoy the Word as their own. Also, the prayer team is a gathering of those who have the Gospel coming together to have forum regarding the Word so that they can personalize it and pray together. When these people who have personalized the Gospel pray for the church with their hearts, the church and believers are revived spiritually and the evangelism movement will arise in the region of the church and fields of the believers. When the prayer team gathers to pray, complaints and unbelief will disappear, doors of evangelism will be opened in the region, and the church will move according to the Word.
3. Oneness
When many prayer teams that share the answers from the Word together and have forum regarding the life of the evangelist, and pray together gather in the church, the answer of the entire congregation becoming one in the Gospel will be enjoyed. At that time, they gain the spiritual strength to overcome the forces of darkness that have conquered the culture of the region. Do not think and judge with human standards, but know about the forces of darkness in the background and fight the spiritual battle. When you become one in the Gospel, you can have victory in spiritual battle even in the midst of humanism, worldly culture, many events and conflicts.
