Joshua 6:15~21 On the seventh day, they got up at daybreak and marched around the city seven times in the same manner, except that on that day they circled the city seven times. The difference between man and animals is that man was created in the image of God. Man that was created in God’s image is a spiritual being, while animals lack a spirit. That is why only man can give worship unto God. Also, only the children of God have been given the right to communicate with God. What is the prayer that communicates with God?
1. Prayer that fulfills the kingdom of God
Your prayers to God should not be something tremendous, but according to your situation and the problems that you are currently facing. Pray in the name of Jesus Christ that wherever you go and wherever you may be, the kingdom of God can be established in that place. Everyone inside of Christ is God’s child, and when a child of God prays to enjoy the strength and authority of this identity, then God’s kingdom will be fulfilled.
2. Prayer holding onto the covenant
Jesus became the Christ and solved all the problems of mankind. Those that believe this truth are children of God and our citizenship is in heaven. God’s angels are mobilized whenever the Word of God is professed. Elisha who believed in this truth prayed for a double portion of the spirit, and miracles arose.
3. Prayer of being with God
Many people live their lives without knowing what salvation is and how one can gain salvation. The Bible says that those who have not entered into the blessing of salvation belong to the devil. Satan hinders people from meeting with God, and blocks them so that they cannot hear or realize the Gospel. God saved us and wants us to enjoy all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge that are hidden inside of Christ. When the children of God who know Christ and have entered into the blessing of salvation gather and pray together, the working of the Holy Spirit will take place.
- Physical thoughts interfere with communication with God. Do not be deceived as you look at reality but experience Christ with you through prayer.
