The duties of the Levites
Numbers 18:1~5 The Lord said to Aaron, “You, your sons and your family are to bear the responsibility for offenses connected with the sanctuary, and you and your sons alone are to bear the responsibility for offenses connected with the priesthood. (1)

There Shall be Showers of Blessings (#172 in previous version) What are the blessings you have received as a child of God? Are you enjoying these blessings? If you are unable to enjoy the value of being God’s child, you will not be able to solve the hardships that arise in your life. There are hidden problems even among renowned scholars and specialists. You must first know the reason for it in order to give them an answer. I must realize and enjoy the duty of the Levite that God has given to me.
1. The task of offering a blood sacrifice
The Levite tribe was one of the 12 tribes of Israel. God entitled the Levites as the priests to offer blood sacrifices. Children of God have been called as a royal preisthood (1 Peter 2:9). The blood sacrifice signifies Jesus Christ that will come. I must hold onto Jesus Christ who is the answer to all the hidden disasters, sins, and has destroyed the background of hell.
2. The task of building tents
God held Levites responsible to build tents. According the feasts of Israel, these tents were constructed, which signifies the enjoyment of the unique blessings of each feast. Especially through the Passover, Pentecost, and the Feast of Ingathering, the answers of salvation, God’s kingdom, and the Holy Spirit must be enjoyed. Enjoying this blessing every week is the Sabbath. You must be well aware of these blessings and enjoy them throughout your life. Through 10 minute prayer every day, great answers will arise.
3. The task of administering the offerings of the people
God gave the Levites the task to look over the offerings of the people. This signifies to deliver the spiritual truth to all people. The children of God who are able to fulfill the duties of the Levites must know that Jesus Christ is the answer to all problems. You must share the Gospel to those who are in dire need of it. Even those who are slowly failing need the Gospel as well. The Gospel must be proclaimed to those who are successful, yet are being destroyed because of hidden problems. God has called me as the Levite that will share the Gospel to the entire world. -
