A model of the evangelism movement
Acts 11:19 Now those who had been scattered by the persecution that broke out when Stephen was killed traveled as far as Phoenicia, Cyprus and Antioch, spreading the word only among Jews.

Numerous people have a misconception regarding evangelism, or do not know of the true blessings of evangelism. Evangelism is testifying of the life you live with God, and all blessings of God reside in evangelism. The important reason why God raised up the Remnants is for them to stand as witnesses for the evangelism movement. What is the perception of evangelism that God desires to display through my life? What are the answers of the evangelism movement that I must see?
1. What must be perceived
The lay people of the Early Church witnessed the works of the Holy Spirit during the Pentecost for they had accepted Jesus as the Christ, believed in the promised filling of the Holy Spirit, and continuously prayed. When they enjoyed the Gospel through the apostle’s teachings and shared with one another of the Gospel they enjoyed, the answer of world evangelization came upon them. Troubles arose and they were all separated, yet this became the doors for missions. When those who enjoy evangelism gather together, all the closed doors of answer in the field will be inevitably opened. There must be this kind of experience in my own life.
2. Disciple
The essence of the evangelism movement is the disciple. Disciples are the ones who receive the filling of the Holy Spirit in the field and have experienced the works of evangelism. Evangelism is fulfilled through the disciples, and other disciples are raised up in the evangelism field. Philip encountered the Ethiopian eunuch and shared the Gospel, an experience that he will never forget in his entire life. Philip saw that there were those in dire need of the Gospel, and witnessed the Gospel, which led to the work of missions in those nations.
3. Today’s resolution
If you are able to meet the people that God has prepared in the location that God desires according to God’s time schedule, then this is the most precious life to live. If you think about this and pray every day of your life, then there is nothing to worry about. Big or small, you must perceive every situation as answers and discover the plan of God. When the Word of God is proclaimed in the field, all the forces of darkness will be bound and people will be saved through those who understand the value of evangelism.
