Prayer that saves the world
1 Samuel 16:23 Whenever the spirit from God came on Saul, David would take up his lyre and play. Then relief would come to Saul; he would feel better, and the evil spirit would leave him.

There is a time for everything. As David was running away, he gained a following of gifted individuals and he prepared to become king. When King Saul was suddenly killed in battle, David, who was fully prepared, then served as king. What must you do in order to prepare your life in the midst of hardships and have the greatest enjoyment of today like David.
1. Save myself
In order to save the world, you must first save yourself. Do not forget your status as a child of God and concentrate in prayer to prepare for the works that God will fulfill. Without the power of prayer, you will be incapable of attempting your best in your studies, business, and field. Our background is the kingdom of heaven; hence, have the greatest enjoyment of today and pray so that God’s kingdom can come upon all fields and for the forces of darkness to crumble. When you feel tired or exhausted, and even as you wander because you don’t know the answer, you must hold on to Christ who is the solution to all problems.
2. Save your environment
In order to save the world, you must first save your field. Do not be deceived by the atmosphere of your field’ instead, shine the light of the Gospel. Since we spend six days of the week around people with severe spiritual problems, we tend to fall into unbelief. In order to refrain from being deceived by your unbelief, you must make time to hold on to today’s Word. Although it initially seemed like David received the utmost answer of achieving victory over Goliath, he was attacked by King Saul and other people. However, despite the problems and conflicts, David was victorious. Because the kingdom of God is our background, you must no longer be deceived by your environment but save it instead.
3. Prepare to save the age
You must begin preparing to save the age in order to save the world. Strive for the best in everything and enjoy the mystery of prayer. Then, you can find the vision that God has planned. Resolve to receive the greatest answers in your specialty, and prepare to save the age. To become the greatest shepherd, David tried harder than anyone else, and when he became anointed as king he was filled with the Spirit of the Lord. Our problems and hardships are inevitable obstacles that we must overcome throughout this process. When difficulties arise, do not think of it as being difficult; instead, think about the blessings that are hidden within those hardships and happily enjoy.
Thinking of the works that God will fulfill through you, set a goal to have the greatest enjoyment of today. Philippines Remnant Conference Lecture 2 / 2011.11.02
