Remnant missionary
1 Samuel 17:20~30 When Eliab, David''s oldest brother, heard him speaking with the men, he burned with anger at him and asked, "Why have you come down here? And with whom did you leave those few sheep in the desert? I know how conceited you are and how wicked your heart is; you came down only to watch the battle." "Now what have I done?" said David. "Can''t I even speak?" (28~29)

God called us as the Remnants who will save this age, gives us a mission, and commissions us as missionaries. A Remnant missionary must know the characteristic for people who changed the age. Joseph, David, and Paul are representative individuals who changed their age. They found and enjoyed 24-hour prayer and were happy because of it. If we find and enjoy the 24-hourprayer of enjoying God’s covenant, we will change the age. We may be weak, but God’s power is limitless. Entering within God’s power in our weaknesses is prayer. In that case, what happens if one has the power of prayer?
1. Change happens in the life of the individual
When one possesses the prayer to enjoy God’s covenant 24 hours a day, his personal life will experience change. God’s covenant is Christ. We must enjoy Christ who got rid of all sin and curses, Christ who destroyed all authority of Satan, and Christ who opened the door of heaven and worked for the Holy Spirit to come 24 hours a day. Joseph who was a slave became a governor, Moses who was a failure became a historic leader, David, a shepherd, became king, and Paul, an accused heretic, changed into a missionary that saved the world. These are the people who enjoyed the blessing of prayer, which is enjoying the covenant 24 hours a day before God.
2. We will block crises
Today’s church is faced with a crisis. It is no longer a church that does world evangelization but has degenerated into a laughingstock. Great crises struck today’s culture, religion, economy, and nations due to the darkness; and dark religions and organizations are attempting to conquer all of the culture, religion, economy, and the nations. Only when a Remnant missionary who is enjoying the mystery of prayer—enjoying Christ 24 hours a day—arises can we stop these crises. The time schedule has come for a Remnant with the Gospel to stand in the summit in all the fields of the churches, politics, finances, culture, and the society. This is why God is commissioning us as Remnant missionaries in this generation.
3. We will change the age
A reformation that changed that age happened through the Early Church that began in Mark’s upper room and, in 1517, through men of God like Martin Luther and John Calvin. God will raise a great reformation that will change this age through us who have the mystery of enjoying prayer and the 24-hour enjoyment of Christ.
- Deeply meditate on how you can find and enjoy the 24-hour enjoyment of Christ through prayer.
