One who has a mission
Isaiah 60:1~5 Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you. (1~2)

One who has a mission is called a missionary. One’s daily life might be the same as any other person—eating, meeting people, working, or studying—but is quite different. For example, a spy dispatched to a different country with an important duty might look like any other person on the street but is different on the inside. He eats to fulfill his duty, and he meets people to accomplish his duty. A mission is not what we make for ourselves but is given from above. If you receive a mission from God, you will live a different life. Then, what is our mission?
1. The answer one must absolutely possess
Before you receive a mission, you must have assurance concerning the one giving you the mission. Only then will you not waver even when you are faced with great hardships in the middle of your mission. We must hold on to the promise that God who gives us the mission is with us forever. We were separated from God and used to remain within darkness, curses, and fate; but God sent Jesus Christ and saved us. He is also with those who are saved through the Holy Spirit, protects them by sending out angels at every critical moment, answers their prayers, and opens the doors of answers by mobilizing angels ahead of them. When you realistically experience and become convinced of God-given-blessings, you can realize your mission and accomplish it.
2. Five missions
Many Christians are not well aware of the blessing of prayer. If we are able to focus on God even for just ten minutes a day, God will give us the strength to conquer this age. If that time becomes the happiest time of the day for you, you can be completely victorious. This is the first mission—the mission of prayer. The second mission is to be the hands and feet of your church pastor and to find God’s word directed towards you from the pulpit message and put it into action. This is the church mission. The third is the evangelism mission—relaying the Word within you to other people. The fourth is to be the hands and feet of the missionaries overseas and find and meet disciples and gifted individuals for world evangelization. This is the missions mission. The last is the academic mission. We must set out to possess uniqueness. This is being the summit. That is when we’ll be able to save the church, our nation, the world, and this age.
- Meditate on the mission of prayer, church, evangelism, missions, and academics that you must grab hold of and accomplish.
