Without wavering in problems or difficult circumstances, David remembered God’s covenant and enjoyed the true answers of saving the age with deep meditation, prayer, and praises to God. In order to resolve the problems in front of us, grabbing hold of the covenant and entering into prayer just as David did are the fastest way. Before resolving our problems, we must enter inside prayer and confirm how great the blessing of salvation that God has given to us is. Today we must grab hold of the answer of enjoying true answers.
1. Biblical figures who received true answers
Joseph was the greatest figure who grabbed hold of the covenant and enjoyed answers. In addition, Samuel, who held on to the covenant, enjoyed the answer where none of his words fell to the ground but all of it was fulfilled. While a shepherd, David enjoyed the answer of accurately foretelling and understanding the future in the midst of deep meditation of rejoicing in and looking to God. To Elisha who asked for a double portion of the Spirit, the heavenly army was mobilized and he tasted victory without fighting. Timothy enjoyed the answer of a witness who testified the Gospel to many people.
2. The key to true answers
Prior to expecting answers, it is very important to hold fast to the covenant and pray. If we desire to experience true answers, we must grab hold of the covenant that fits them and enter into deep meditation and prayer. Rather than praying fretful prayers to find ways to resolve critical situation, it is more important to equip ourselves with the covenant of the Word, prayer and evangelism and to wait for God’s time schedule that will be fulfilled in the midst of prayer.
3. The beginning of true answers
The best answer began to come to David who was holding fast to the covenant and deeply meditating and praying to God. The Spirit of the Lord came upon David in power, and the works arose where the evil spirits left when he sang praises. When faced with difficulties, he gave the true confession, “The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not be in want,” and the sincere confession, “I love you, O Lord, my strength.” In addition, he prayed with his heart to God to build the temple, and he eventually finished all the preparations for the building of the temple, which he had placed in his heart his whole life. If correct prayer is restored in us who are living with the Gospel in this time and age, then true answers of saving the age will begin today, just like the answers that David enjoyed.
- Grab hold of the Word that is given to you today and enter into today’s prayer. Then you will enjoy the true answer of evangelism of saving the age. Try entering into prayer right away.
