Preparation for the life of the evangelist
Psalms 78:70~72 He chose David his servant and took him from the sheep pens; from tending the sheep he brought him to be the shepherd of his people Jacob, of Israel his inheritance. And David shepherded them with integrity of heart; with skillful hands he led them.

How joyful would you be if a wish were to come true? The reason we set the 7 Remnants as models is that they experienced great answers as joy. There is a hidden side in great answers.
1. The 7 Remnants in the Bible
Joseph did not try hard but received strength from God in order to receive answers, and Moses experienced God’s plan before carrying out a great commission. Samuel who was the main figure of the Mizpah movement heard the voice of God next to the Ark of the Covenant, and David deeply enjoyed God’s grace when he was a shepherd boy. Elisha experienced a double portion of the power from God, and Isaiah experienced God’s grace, power, and presence. Paul requested earnestly that Timothy becomes strong in the grace that is in Christ. People who received great answers were those who enjoyed prayer with correct thinking.
2. What to prepare
We must prepare our faith and skill. David worshiped God and stacked leadership when he was in the lowest place, and later showed his trained skill as a shepherd in the battlefield. Through deep meditation, David prepared both spirituality and intellect, and correctly looked at the world when he was a young adult and prepared to become a leader who possesses God’s desire. He is remembered in the history of Israel as a king who served God well and was loved by his people.
3. Disciple who becomes the strength of the pastor
If you have the Gospel, you must begin to prepare to serve the church and pastors. In order to begin the spiritual movement that pleases God, we must go forth as the guardians of pastors. It is a loss for the pastor to worry, fall into despair, and have unbelief. We must give strength to the pastors so that they can focus on prayer, Word, and evangelism that can overcome unbelief.
- What must you prepare for the sake of world evangelization? Before you expect answers, how about preparing for worship and scheduled prayer?
