Healing of your heart and mind
Philippians 3:1~21 What is more, I consider everything a loss compared to the surpassing greatness of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them rubbish, that I may gain Christ. (8)

While living the life of the evangelist, although healing of the physical body and soul are important, what needs healing first and foremost is today’s lifestyle. For the sake of this, we must first receive healing of our minds and hearts regarding our environment, people and work. Through Paul, God told us to guard our hearts and minds. If that is the case, how can we receive healing of our hearts and minds?
1. Christ
We must have the hearts and minds in which we are satisfied with only Christ alone. As all of our problems have been put to an end through Christ, there is nothing else to worry about. God promised Immanuel, that He would be with us. Healthy people who have come to the answer of Christ, do not quickly get diseased by misconceptions, conflicts, and trials. However, for people who are diseased in their hearts and minds, minor things have no choice but to become a problem. Absolutely, through the Gospel that Jesus is the Christ, our hearts and minds must be healed.
2. The evidence of Christ
Because Jesus is the Christ, we must live with the evidence of Christ. If our hearts and minds are filled with the evidence of Christ, we end up triumphing. If we have the mystery of Christ, we can enjoy many answers. God promised that He would be with us through power and that He would give us evidence. Now, if you grab firmly to this promise and pray, worries and troubles disappear.
3. True healing
True healing is healing in Christ. Paul said that everything other than Christ is rubbish. However, we consider the things of the world that are like rubbish precious, and are unable to throw them away. Paul confessed the grace of God, and said that he was racing toward the reward for which the Lord called him heavenward. Paul’s greatest boast was the background of heaven and the citizenship of heaven. Christ who is with us is the name before which all creation submits. Through the name of Jesus Christ, we can do all things.
- What is in our minds and hearts becomes our future. Try starting your day through a classy confession of faith in which we confess Christ even today.
