I, the Lord your God, am holy
Leviticus 19:1~4 The Lord said to Moses, “Speak to the entire assembly of Israel and say to them: ‘Be holy because I, the Lord your God, am holy.” (1~2)

It is of utmost importance for the people of God to know the covenant and the worth of their lives. Knowing the Gospel that Jesus is the Christ is the blessing for our family, interpersonal relationships, business, and the future. We must know God’s plans for us and find the Word in order to find the mystery of gaining new power every day.
1. Mystery of God being with us
Christianity is not a religion made to meet the needs of men, and God is not some god that men created. God is the Creator God. Joseph and David accurately knew the mystery of God being with them. If we precisely know the covenant of Christ who came as the Savior and of Jesus who came as the Lord of Judgment, then our Christian walk of faith will be different. God desires His children to know more about Him. It is because we can love and enjoy Him as much as we know.
2. Holy God
Holy means ‘to consecrate’ and implies ‘different.’ The Lord God is the one and only God and is differentiated from the gods of the world, and the status of the children of God is set apart as well. The children of God are not the people to face destruction. They have come out from the authority of fate, destiny, curses, and hell and no longer need to bear the yoke of slaves. God tells the people of God to look after God and “be holy.”
3. The tabernacle, worship, and sacrificial offering
The account of the tabernacle, worship, and sacrificial offering is written repeatedly in the Book of Leviticus. Why is that? It is because of the plans of God who wants to explain the answer of Christ. Jesus Christ is the name that set men free from the original sin, idolatry, and the forces of darkness that they can never resolve themselves. It is the name of promise that He would save men from the impending disasters. The people of God are the consecrated people who received the blessing of saving the people of the world.
- Meditate on what kind of power the name of Jesus Christ is in your life, past, present, and future. Examine whether you have the mystery of holy of being consecrated from the world and make a resolution to correctly know God.
