The commission and blessing of lay leaders
1 Peter 2:9 But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.

Who plays the dominant role in church growth? Who is the central figure to enjoy the blessings of saving the field? Who will save the church and the world through financial blessings, like Priscilla and Aquila? The answer is church lay leaders. Remnants must be led while holding on to the blessing and commission of being current and future lay leaders within the church. Remnants must without a doubt be used as central figures of enjoying three blessings.
1. Main figures of church growth
When we gather in church to worship, we must receive God’s great strength. God will open the doors to evangelism in the field (Acts 2:9~11). The Word will come alive and be fulfilled to the extent that we receive grace and strength as we worship (Acts 2:14~21). We will then be able to find hidden disciples, and experience the field changing (Acts 2:41~47). Furthermore, the doors to world missions will be opened, and the Lord will attach to us prepared disciples for world evangelization (Romans 16:1~27). This is the blessing that we must discover and experience within the church.
2. Main figures of blessings in the field
When we enjoy spiritual blessings, this will be relayed in the field and the field will be revived. When Abraham restored this blessing, God granted him all of the land upon which he set foot. Currently, there are so many elites in the field who have everything but lack the Gospel. On the other hand, there are so many people who are facing dire hardships without possessing anything. They are waiting for someone to tell them the true Gospel. We need to humbly and truthfully relay the Gospel that we enjoy to them.
3. Main figure of financial blessings
There are various economies and finances in the world, but in particular, there are finances God has hidden for the express purpose of evangelism and missions. God grants financial blessings to those who have the Gospel for the sole purpose of evangelism and missions. If you truly desire to take on the commission of a coworker of evangelism capable of even giving up your life for the Gospel, a protector of the evangelist who works hard for the Gospel, and a patron of the church, you could rightfully be used as a main figure of financial blessings. God called us from the very beginning as a main figure of this blessing (1 Peter 2:9).
