Daily journal of evangelists
Acts 1:1~2 In my former book, Theophilus, I wrote about all that Jesus began to do and to teach until the day he was taken up to heaven, after giving instructions through the Holy Spirit to the apostles he had chosen.

‘In my former book, Theophilus’ refers to the letter that Luke the evangelist wrote to Theophilus. The former letter that he wrote was the Gospel of Luke and today’s Scripture reading is the Book of Acts and its content is the journal of an evangelist. The perfect Gospel is relayed through the journal of the evangelist. The Gospel is something unique. If we record the Gospel, which is unique, in our evangelist’s journal and relay it to others, then we will receive unique answers. What are the unique answers that God has prepared for us?
1. We can gain strength daily
As evangelists, we must gain strength daily. The first way to gain strength is through the pulpit message. When we listen to our pulpit message, we must understand God’s voice that was given to us and look for what we must put into practice in our life. We must grab hold of the message with which we can go together with others for the sake of the evangelism movement. When we begin each day, we must grab hold of the Word of God, which we must examine. Only then can the prayer topics that we must pray for emerge. Every day through the Word of God, we must gain the strength to find our own personal prayer topics and gain the strength to continue in this endeavor for the sake of the filling of the Holy Spirit.
2. We can save important people
There are special people whom we must care for and help. When people with specialized vocations come to church, we must help them receive grace. We must help newcomers who received the Gospel and are beginning their Christian walk so that they can gain strength every day. In addition we must pray, holding to the Word of God, so that our future generation may not be thrown into confusion with things that are not of the Gospel, and we must correctly relay the Gospel to them so that they can gain strength at church. The reason why these people are important is that they are the great field of evangelism. When evangelists look at God’s plan and help them without being deceived by other things, the works of God will arise.
3. Make the daily journal of evangelists
We must absolutely make the daily journal of evangelists. In some sense, it is bound to be made. When we gain strength and begin to strengthen others, we will come to see our lifelong plan. We will make our lifelong, yearly, weekly, and daily plans for the sake of the Gospel. It is only then that correct evangelism takes place. We will find disciples and save our family members and family lines according to the guidance of the Holy Spirit. God will open the doors of evangelism as we meet people whom we especially prayed for, according to the preparations that we have made. We cannot do it with our own power, but if God is at work, nothing is impossible.
- Evangelists must possess clear standards and assurance with the Word of God, prayer, and evangelism. Try entering into an evangelist’s life that is deeper and wider through the daily journal of evangelists.
