God has granted all the blessings and authority to us who have become His children. Therefore, we can yield everything that we no longer need and cast it aside. In addition, God is always with us and has called us as the witnesses of Christ. We must not be anxious about anything, but starting now we only need to enjoy the filling of the Holy Spirit. If so, then how should we begin in order to enjoy the filling of the Holy Spirit?
1. Our attitude toward receiving the filling of the Holy Spirit
We must have the attitude that is fit for receiving the filling of the Holy Spirit. It is very important that we have the correct attitude because attitude will determine everything. If so, then what is the correct attitude in receiving the filling of the Holy Spirit? First, it is being constantly in prayer. And we must be able to discern what is best. This is the attitude of receiving the filling of the Holy Spirit and the attitude of receiving answers. Lastly, we must be able to foresee what comes next because we will undoubtedly receive answers. This is the correct attitude toward receiving the filling of the Holy Spirit.
2. The filling of the Holy Spirit is the promise given to evangelists
The filling of the Holy Spirit is the promise that God made with the Early Church who had the Gospel and the heart for the evangelism movement as well as the promise that God has given to us who will share the Gospel. Therefore, starting now we must seek today’s evangelism, Word and prayer that God has given to us and find daily the evangelism, Word and prayer of God being with us. Most importantly we must seek the method by which God is with us. Those who correctly sought after this were the seven Remnants and the heroes of faith in Hebrews 11. If we can find this method through scheduled prayer and continuous prayer, God will grant us the greatest blessings.
3. Method by which we can maintain the filling of the Holy Spirit
The most important method by which we can maintain the filling of the Holy Spirit is the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Even if we grab hold of the Word that God has given to us and struggle to receive the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we can maintain the filling of the Holy Spirit. If that happens, we will begin to see the golden fishing ground, blind spot and disaster-prone areas in our field, and the works of the filling of the Holy Spirit will take place. If we think beyond the blessings and prepare our vessel, we can maintain the filling of the Holy Spirit. We must enjoy this blessing by all means.
