The correct beginning to solve our powerlessness
Acts 1:8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth (8)

Jesus says, “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you and you will be my witnesses to the ends of the earth.” Nevertheless, if we do not hold to this Word as our covenant, we will be even more powerless than unbelievers or other religions and we will be left with empty words. The most serious problem of Christians today is their lack of power. If so, then what must we do to begin correctly?
1. Resolving our powerlessness
Being unable to resolve their personal problems, most people have fallen deeply into inability and powerlessness. If we cannot resolve this problem, we will always face difficulties and the church will not have any revival. Greater spiritual problems will eventually befall us and we will live a miserable life after endless wandering. That is why Jesus told us to receive the filling of the Holy Spirit in order to solve our powerlessness. Holding to this covenant, we must resolve our powerlessness.
2. The correct beginning of the Early Church
We must restore the Gospel movement that the Early Church began in Mark’s upper room. Those who had assurance of Christ and staked their lives on it gathered together in Mark’s upper room. They understood the true Gospel and were thankful for their sufferings for the sake of the Gospel. This joy extended to their prayers in the Holy Spirit. They devoted themselves solely to evangelism. The Early Church that began in such a way saved Rome and the world.
3. Preparation of one’s vessel
Answers will undoubtedly come if we grab hold of the covenant of Christ. Preparing our vessels after receiving answers is extremely important. The Early Church gave all the glory to God and suffered martyrdom. Paul confessed, “By the grace of God I am what I am,” and considered everything other than the Gospel rubbish. However, he confessed that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us and that he would never boast except about the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ. If we have this kind of faith and prepare ourselves to be even greater vessels, God’s wondrous works will take place in our fields and everything we do.
° Forum Topic - Have you truly experienced the mystery of Christ? If we can live solely by Christ, we will undoubtedly have victory, just like the people of the Early Church who gathered in Mark’s upper room. Pray so that you can enjoy this mystery everyday and deeply meditate on God’s power.
