To become a Gospel elite capable of saving the world, we must utilize our time well. If we manage our spare time, mornings and evenings well, we can easily surpass others. Managing one’s health is as important as managing time wisely. The best method for maintaining health is by exercise.
1. Exercise is related to leisure in life
Having time to exercise means that a person is disciplined in their lives in regards to being able to manage their time. When we exercise, we will gain leisure. In particular, because all of our thoughts are focused in one place, it is possible to easily meditate or do scheduled prayer. When we become morning people, it is easy to accomplish all that is difficult for others to do.
2. Exercise is related to health
People used to wake up early to diligently gather food for the day. And because they had no convenient methods of transportation, they had to walk, and as a result had no choice but to be healthy due to the amount of exercise they did. But as civilization developed, the amount of exercise for the average human decreased, and physical health declined as well. More than anything, elites pay attention to their health. If we lose our health, we can’t even work, let alone surpass others.
3. Exercise is related to world evangelization
Exercise has a direct correlation to world evangelization. To compete with the elites of the world, we absolutely need our health. Because it is difficult to begin exercise after we age, it is imperative that we begin now. When we exercise, not only will we be physically healthy, but we will grow spiritually healthy as well.
● Forum Topic - Many people make grand plans, but fail to carry them out or put them into action. If we begin from the small things, they will become habits and our very nature itself. It is the same with exercise. Make a simple plan to exercise today, along with a plan to continue with your exercise regimen and rise to the challenge.
