The disciples, who went out to the field, prayed for the field every week. Works will arise even if there is one team that prays for one place. We’re talking about a team that holds to the Word, meditates on it and prays. This team must interpret every person, every event and everything that arises with the Gospel. They will see incredible evidence if they gather and share today’s evangelism, Word and prayer. This work is directly connected to regional and world evangelization.
2. Blessings of meetings will arise
Blessings of meetings will arise if we are enjoying today’s evangelism, Word and prayer. Peter saved a man who’d been crippled for 40 years. This meeting between those two people was a very important event in Biblical and church history. This is where Peter’s confession in Acts 4:12 arose from. The doors to world evangelization flew wide open when the team of evangelists led by Paul began travelling to the field. Paul formed evangelism teams with the people from Romans 16 and was able to do world evangelization with them.
3. Everything is within God’s absolute sovereignty
We have nothing to worry about, because world evangelization is within God’s absolute sovereignty. God will take responsibility for everything if we go into evangelism, the Word and prayer. God changes history, culture and finance through an evangelist’s heart. That is how Rome was evangelized through the Gospel.
