People misunderstand evangelism. They ask how to evangelize, and ask if evangelism is really everything. If we are receiving the Word and enjoying answers, people around us who will receive the Gospel will appear. Evangelism takes place when we enjoy the Gospel. There are a lot of churches who evangelize so they will get bigger, but that is not the true meaning of evangelism. We must have revival in our churches in order for evangelism to take place. Thinking that evangelism is difficult is also a misconception. Evangelism is giving someone what you already have, what you always enjoy. It’s only hard when we try to give someone something we don’t have.
1. The only way to block the disasters that come to people is the Gospel
There are a lot of times when people who’ve grown up in hard circumstances or under parents with many problems marry people just like their parents. Their problems get worse and they suffer. People can’t overcome curses and disasters on their own. This is the reason why we must evangelize. People with the Gospel who don’t enjoy the Gospel will go through hardships, too. Satan attacks us when we are not enjoying the Gospel. One way to enjoy the Gospel is evangelism. Doors of evangelism open when we enjoy the Gospel. Sharing the Gospel at that time is evangelism.
2. Evangelism is everything
Jesus said that the end would come when the Gospel is preached to the whole world (Matthew 24:14). This is God’s overall plan. God’s goal is to send witnesses to the ends of the earth to save people stuck in disasters (Acts 1:8). Meeting people appointed for eternal life is evangelism, and this is part of God’s time schedule (Acts 13:48). Evangelism is everything.
3. There is a path that we should see and go down
We must see the field in its entirety and make our own evangelism plan. Meeting people who know evangelism and making specialized evangelism teams is one of the greatest blessings. We will see great answers when we open up our eyes to see these things. Evangelism is the way to solve the problems of the family, the world, society, the church, the countries of the world, disasters, and the future. We must also taste the blessing of the fulfillment of the Word. The evangelism movement will take place at this time.
