In search of my lost blessings of salvation
Acts 1:1~8 After his suffering, he showed himself to these men and gave many convincing proofs that he was alive. He appeared to them over a period of forty days and spoke about the kingdom of God. (3)

Many Christians of the world have lost their blessing of salvation. In particular, incorrect theories and ideologies about salvation are making them lose hold of their blessings of salvation. The theory of salvation that asserts that only people of their ethnicity can receive salvation, the theory that states God and mankind work together to achieve salvation, the theory that says that it is not a salvation of the spirit but a salvation of society and politics, the theory that says that all people have received salvation, and many more theories are distorting the Gospel and relaying incorrect theories of salvation through many different philosophies and ideologies. What is the correct salvation that the Bible speaks of?
1. Salvation is in God’s absolute sovereignty
God chose us before the time of creation (Ephesians 1:3~5). If we do not have firm assurance about this, then we have no strength to live in the world. Satan deceives us to keep us from believing in this. He keeps us from believing in God’s absolute sovereignty. It is not that we chose God - God chose us. It may look as if we went to church, but in fact, God knew us first and called us, and gave us the Spirit of sonship. Nothing in the air or on the earth can separate us from the love of God.
2. Everything changes upon our understanding of salvation
If we receive salvation and come to correctly understand salvation, then our understanding of the Word changes. If it is true that God has planned to give us salvation, then we have no reason to shake. All we need to do is hold onto God’s covenant. Furthermore, if you understand the Word, then evangelism will change immediately. You come to realize that evangelism is not what we do with our own fervor, but a matter of seeing the time schedule of people who are in God’s absolute sovereignty (Acts 13:48). From this moment on, our prayer changes as well. We start to sincerely pray to realize God’s time schedule and will.
3. Blessings of the saved
Doctor Luke sent letters to Governor Theophilus; the former book is Luke, and the latter is Acts. In the book of Luke, he testified that Jesus is the Christ. In Acts, he explained the evidences of those who received salvation and know that Jesus is the Christ. If we enjoy the blessings of salvation, God’s kingdom will be established wherever we go. Furthermore, when the saved people receive the filling of the Holy Spirit, then they will conquer the world with this mystery. People of the world do this with their own strength, but we are studying and working with the strength of the Holy Spirit.
