If we do not find the other self inside of us, then our personal problems cannot be solved even though we may do well with our ministry. Furthermore, our problems will remain even though we save others. In order to help someone in the field with the Gospel, we must approach the person by understanding his or her hidden aspects. We must discover our inner hidden selves - not what others can see from the outside - in order for correct healing and correct evangelism to take place.
1. Other self
Many people, despite how they may seem at church, are anxious from many worries and troubles in their actual field. Many also have a multitude of scars that have become deeply rooted in them without their knowledge. Almost everyone is like this. If we do not get out of this state, we can be captured by our anxiety and worries at anytime. Repeated bad habits are a problem, too. This is evidence that we are already captured by spiritual problems. There are many more cases of depression than we think. If this worsens, it leads to suicide. As a result, endless accidents and illnesses continue. Their spirits are already diseased, and therefore, have no choice but to continue to face problems. Only when we have a full understanding of this fact can we reach out to help those who are in the midst of problems. If we simply relay only the Gospel in the field, then desperate people will definitely come to us. These kinds of people must continue to hear the Gospel, because they can only be healed by the Gospel alone. Great doors of evangelism will be opened if we prepare just a little bit because this kind of age will continue to come as time passes.
2. Three Things to Keep in Mind
We must keep in mind three things when we heal these kinds of people. First is that the problem has existed for a long time. Therefore, neither improvement nor a cure is simple. The longer the problem has existed, the more necessary a concentrated healing process through the Gospel. Second, we must remember that Satan is working in the background. Therefore, Satan only goes away through the power of the Gospel. Third, we must change their spiritual state to a normal state. This is why we need scheduled prayer, continuous prayer, and concentrated prayer. Only then does healing begin. God has entrusted this ministry to us. We are the most blessed as those who have been entrusted with this work, and God will bless us the most when we work for this ministry.
