The Word of the Lord came upon Jeremiah when he was confined in the courtyard of the guard. What this means is God knows very well what situation we are in. “He who made the earth, the Lord who formed it and established it” means that He who planned and fulfilled everything is the Creator God. “Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.” What this means is that if you pray, you will absolutely receive answers. When children of God pray, God will surely answer. However, the majority of believers are unable to have the experience of prayer. Then, how must we pray to experience factual answers?
1. Problems are the start of prayer
A problem is the easiest prayer topic. The majority of Remnants, especially Joseph, had big and small family problems. The majority of the prayers of the people in the Bible who received answers to prayers began from family problems. We must find the important answer here. If we pray with our family problems, we will see our family and personal weaknesses. Also, if we do not pray, unbeknownst to ourselves, these problems remain as a scar. We must change these scars to a covenantal consuming passion. In addition, we must grab hold of the Word of God. If we start prayer in this way, we will see our vision.
2. We must grab hold of the problem and pray to the very end
There is absolutely a reason behind a problem and an answer. If we just leave this problem alone, evade it, or give up, ultimately, we will fall into that problem with the passage of time. We must grab hold of the problem as a prayer topic and pray until the very end. This is because there is an obvious and necessary reason we must pray. The reason is simple. Although people of the world pray, the work of the evil spirits unseen to the eye are absolutely following behind that prayer. The one who accurately and correctly answers our prayers is solely the Creator God.
3. We must have the experience of prayer
If we make our problems into our prayer topics and pray, we will experience answers. We will come to realize why answers have been absent until now and what kind of plan and will God has in the midst of problems. In addition, we gain assurance at the same time. True thanksgiving comes out from this source. This is the start of prayer. Try starting prayer while quietly looking towards God and looking towards God’s plan and answer regarding your problem.
