Finding visions
Acts 2:17 In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.

Pharaoh said that Joseph, who gave the interpretation of his dream, was “one in whom is the spirit of God.” In the New Testament, the spirit of God in us is phrased as the filling of the Holy Spirit. If we are filled with the Holy Spirit, we can see visions of what is to be fulfilled in the coming days. And if we enjoy the filling of the Holy Spirit, these visions will take concrete shape, be strengthened and brought to fulfillment. Then how can we find and enjoy visions?
1. We must first examine our character before seeking out visions
We must have a sense of objectivity. We must not only have a sense of objectivity and rationality but also maintain a sense of subjectivity and reality. Only then can we make correct judgments. We must be truthful in order to listen attentively to others and gain wisdom. Plus, we need to have a structured lifestyle to put these things into practice. Likewise, it is urgent for us to examine our character first and prepare ourselves.
2. We must receive visions from God alone
We must hear God’s voice because we are God’s people. This is of the utmost importance. First of all, we must find the solution to the fundamental things. We must be careful never to take God’s voice in vain. We must begin realistically from the fundamentals. That is when the Word of God will come to life. It is at this time that we will hear God’s voice through the Word. We must hear His voice through prayer because the Holy Spirit is undoubtedly at work. This is the accurate way to see these three visions.
3. We must find visions through problems
While praying, people of faith saw visions that God granted them, and they all shared a common characteristic. All of them found visions regarding their problems. That is why there is no need for us to be afraid of problems. There is no need to even look on the bright side of problems. As children of God, we must confront our problems directly. We must conquer them by God’s power. We will fail if we lose heart or employ other methods. When we face problems, they will play an extremely important role in helping us correctly grab hold of the visions that God grants us.
