The Strength of Public Servant Missionaries
1 Kings 18:1~15│ And Ahab called Obadiah, who was over the household. (Now Obadiah feared the Lord greatly, and when Jezebel cut off the prophets of the Lord, Obadiah took a hundred prophets and hid them by fifties in a cave and fed them with bread and water.) (3 and 4)
A person who belongs to God does not need his own plan because he has already received his God-given answer. When you look at the world that doesn’t have any solutions through your spiritual eyes, you can realize the answers and power that God has prepared. Obadiah, a loyal subject whom the wicked King Ahab needed and also a man of God, gained God-given strength in advance. How does God use His people?
1. The Mt. Carmel, the Mt. Horeb, and the Dothan Movements1 Kings 18:1~46, 19:1~21, and 2 Kings 6:8~24
Obadiah hid and protected one hundred prophets whom the wicked King Ahab tried to kill. Later, it was Obadiah who helped Elijah in his spiritual battle against the eight hundred and fifty false prophets on Mt. Carmel. Even though Elijah had defeated the false prophets, he fled to Mt. Horeb. There, Elijah experienced the Word, answers, and God’s power being restored. Afterward, the Dothan movement took place and seven thousand disciples were healed. Throughout this entire devotion was Obadiah.
2. God, the Leader of the Hidden Mt. Carmel, Mt. Horeb, and Dothan Movements, Prepares All Blessings and Calls Remnants to the Field
All you have to do is listen to God's still small voice. God has left behind prepared disciples for the age, nations, and the world. Among them are absolute disciples like Elisha. Public servants are the hidden main figures to save the nation and the world.
All that is required now is renewal that takes place in advance. Otherwise, weaker nations will become enslaved to superpower nations which are dominated by Satan. And the leaders of those countries will also be completely conquered. With the answers and mission prepared by God and through renewal that takes places in advance, you can save the leaders of powerful nations and the 237 nations of the world through the Gospel.
